Alot of sellers aren't versed in that so if you can educate them you can probably get them to do so. 

Once things are stable again, then you can educate yourself and focus on how to improve your investments to protect you against this situation in the future.

It is overall better to get a real estate license with the correct education.

I've dedicated a considerable amount of time to reading books, tuning into podcasts, and educating myself about the real estate market.

You could make the same amount of money (or more) without the time, stress, or energy required as a DIY Landlord.If you do decide to manage yourself, you need a quick education.

So as to not rehash everything here again this week I'm going to lock this post as well because I do feel that the information that needs to be available to the public to make informed decisions is out there, and I don't want this to turn into trolling with no educational value to the community.
