I've had this happen several times on section8 rentals and have always called the administrator and worked to get the tenant back in good standing (one lady hadn't made her annual renewal appt so I arranged for her to be driven in) .

I evicted a 86 year-old lady and her 50-something unemployed daughter.

The next morning around 5AM I got a call from the AC company and they told me the lady of the house was begging for them to get out there because it's too hot  and her husband was doing chemo at home and couldn't bear the heat.

Now I only pick up from one person, a little old lady who doesn't drive, use a computer or trust the mail system.

this lady can put a lis pendence on the property and make a claim it will be up to a trier of fact..  

I THINK the lady said these are properties that will be going up for sale in the coming year.

When I came-up the front walk, the lady running the show asked me for what I was looking.  

I then had to get involved by calling for my friend and the lady was rude in the way she was talking with me.

The lazy lady sitting at home screaming at 5 kids hanging on her myth can't happen.Mine are HUD VASH (disabled vets) or have a disability of some sort and all are over 45.
