Who is down to grab a beer or coffee and talk real estate!? 

I live in Los Angeles, so if there is anybody out here, let's grab a bite to eat or we can meet virtually as well.

I'd love to network with others for those that want to grab coffee or something to discuss more. 

I want to wholesale but I have thought of the idea of trying to get creative with financing and potentially purchasing some of the deals I'm able to grab myself (likely through an llc with a partner, given that I am 17, until I am old enough to convey the title to myself.)

This is not a deal that I can personally make at this time but there is a good equity grab.

It would really depend on the numbers and if the owner is willing to give back a little or correct it (it can be less offensive if you offer to let them correct it, its not a money grab you just need a safe house)I wouldn't walk from a contract for this is if the numbers worked and house was good otherwise. good luck!

My beater mini-van has 266,000 miles; I'm keeping it until I am no longer a startup and I can afford to pay for enough help to renovate new purchases without us having to personally be on the crew and the new car chip shortage is behind us, or when the old mini-van girl gives up the ghost.
