As one example, why don't the Democrats address the need for tort reform, eliminating defensive medicine, and the escalating malpractice insurance costs which drive some specialists out of practice, all a huge drain on the cost of health care (maybe because they won't go up against the trial lawyers who benefit).

I love working with my hands, but I would never want to do all the work myself, too lonely and draining!  

If it is a bad property to begin with, don't do it, as D-Type properties will drain your cash and you won't build any equity on them.
