My experience comes from the Energy sector, Renewables sector ( have my own solar company), as well but also CREI in MF, Shopping Centers, Industrial, etc, but I always wanted to get into the developer side of things, but not to just build but to create meaningful projects.

It is a combination of restrictive zoning, combined with the fact that DC was a relatively small city/population center prior to 1960.

I have a 4000 sqft lot that I can put 1,050 sqft or storage units on if vsrious sizes, a small lot smack dab in center of downtown of a town of 6,000 people.

I found my coaching through Jason Drees Coaching, and although I joined in its infancy stages, and was one of the OG's in the mindset academy I have stuck with it week after week simply because the community and the other like minded people in that group are more valuable to my mindset and my problem solving than even the coaches.  

If you are renting outside of the City and commute into the center to work or work from your rented home, why move?

Another area is Old Brooklyn or Brooklyn Center.    

Hi, am considering investing in a commercial property in Columbia, specifically a retail neighborhood shopping center. 

Ocala is growing substantially with some very high profile, large distribution centers being built in the last few years.  

I've been trolling this site for some time and I am in the planning stages to start a towing business in the greater Cleveland (Ohio) area.

Thanks for your thoughts--haven't really considered turnkey properties, but I'm definitely in the money-saving stage.
