Hello, Can anyone recommend competitively priced kitchen cabinets in New Jersey or online?

Super curious if you replaced or rehabbed the kitchen cabinets?  

Do you have to replace the kitchen or can you paint or resurface the cabinets?

The real problem is the branches behind the kitchen base cabinets or behind the bath tile.  

Just bought a 2 bedroom charming house , the cabinets were in bad shape, the floor were laminate , it is OK but super dirty. not sure shall I remodel the kitchen or just repair and polish to rent it out.Which will give me better return?

Frankly, Lewiston has worried me a little as a friend owns property down there and ended up with goats in his closets and chickens in the kitchen cabinets.

@David Yuhaz Just get you handy man to repaint the cabinets, put in some patch repair work where needed.
