AZ has a 3 year redemption period for the owner to pay the outstanding taxes and interest.

Outstanding loan amounts will be considered and the ability to pay, if both are knocking down good incomes you may not have an issue, if one is relying on the income of a spouse, you're in a different boat. :)      

My friend has a home in escrow and there is an issue regarding an outstanding medical bill.

so they search the current owner for liens and don't go back in the "chain of title" to search if there are outstanding, unsatified liens from former owners. 3.

I listen to a variety of podcasts but some are truly outstanding with real strategies and no fluff .Alternatively if you prepared a list and if you can share - it would benefit myself and lot of BP members :-)

@Robert Spears because its not a "hack" but taking advantage of a great Company's outstanding customer service.

"All Payments made by the Tenant to the Landlord shall be applied as follows; FIRST to any and all outstanding balances due and owing and SECOND, only when any and all outstanding balances have been satisfied, will payments be applied to current rent."

@Aaron SalladeJust remember if there are any other outstanding debts / lawsuits or future lawsuits with the trust you would be assuming those as well.

I’m actially surprised they closed the loan knowing you did a credit card cash advance.That’s one of the things they always frown on.In fact,on one of my cash out refys,they insisted on paying off my outstanding credit card balances from the proceeds before sending whatever was left into my account.WTG though
