You want to make sure that your Mentor has the tools that will accelerate your income from the start.

I need a mentor in the particular field that I would reach my goals with... but I'm not sure exactly what I would get into yet.

I am open to whatever a mentor has to offer but I prefer wholesaling or rental properties.

no direct experience myself in Illinois,  but a mentor mentioned that evictions in the winter time will get delayed by courts due to weather. it's the same situation on my apartments in Indiana.
