I am much happier now that I am on my own.

Would have been better to just keep my mouth shut.

Sorry for running mouth , but this leads up to my question. 

Word of mouth, bandit signs, a small ad in the newspaper (old folks who want to downsize or get out of the rental the've had for 30 years STILL READ THOSE.

And vise-versa, as a wholesaler I should be able to leave feedback on a buyer after dealing with them, that way you would know if that buyer is a really a VIP buyer and not just running his/her mouth.

They seem far happier than those who don't. 

Hi,Here's my situation:1) My mom inherited a fully paid off duplex with tenants in Florida - not the best property, not the best hood, not the best tenats... but never look a gift horse in the mouth!

I think I have two choices:  a very carefully worded response that acknowledges and repairs the things that are reasonable while making sure that I establish that I get to make the decisions about the property I own, OR just suggesting that they would perhaps be happier elsewhere.  

I have just recently joined BiggerPockets and cannot be happier to be connected to such a vast amount of real estate investors.
