I am a Libra, I like balance and do not like conflict so toughing up my skin to not personalize rejection from the resulting phone calls has not been easy.  

So I was going to write a post trying to find pros/cons of setting up a Whole Life Policy to be my own bank (while still collecting interest on money that's not there) then I found this post and saw amazingly-conflicting information over a 3-4 year span and was very fascinated!  

I hope this was helpful Jim Najeriq,I have looked into marketing to the buyers themselves, but I always seem to find conflicting information on whether that's a better strategy when you are first starting out.  

But I respectfully disagree with his response because it conflicts with my own experience of hiring and recruiting.  

More a case of conflicting objectives.....you're trying to resell to an investor who wants to buy below market, so you need to buy at below market, then less your fee.  

And if you have several kids, I think it way too often creates resentment and conflict.
