The ladies at title has jumped all over it.

When I was off the ships I attended 100 Get Rich Quick Seminars with two RE Agent ladies.

I'm just thinking of the response I'd get if I asked an 84 year old lady, family friend, to take her shoes off that have her arch supports in them.

This is such a huge concern for me, this lady called me for help as she could not get a hold of anyone at My House Deals to have the post removed.

Well a lady called me and asked was it still for sale and I had to let her know it wasn't because we are rehabbing it.  

If the lady of the house were in the shower with her eyes closed and reaching for a towel then a voice came on saying "higher and to your right for your towel" that might be alarming.Al, most everything mentioned effects money, lowers vacancies, damages, insurance and collections increased.

@Troy StoehrSomething you can try with the other side is see if they will sell you a purchase rights or first right of refusal on their half.There is a wonderful lady who lives across the street from one of our student houses, in an identical house.
