You have to do the reading, learning, make the mistakes and deal with the unknowns.  

Fear of the unknown is a major deterrent for most. 

Buying at retail with distance, property, unknown tenant and PM risk.

This is why man created Gods to elevate their fear of the unknown.

You bring in an unknown virtual broker, and you won't have anyone in your corner.
