I have to regularly check my goals and end game to make sure I am laser focused with my daily routines and tasks to make sure they are moving in the right direction.

I have a W2 job and routine living expenses, so my cash is always in flux.

I'm looking into that - perhaps there are some uncomfortable risks with that strategy.  

You will have those big expenses routinely when you own a portfolio. 

I wanted to let you know the prescheduled walk-through (just a routine check to insure the home was being cared for) went as scheduled.  

Try living in upstate NY where property taxes on a $100,000 house are routinely $3,000 (town, county & school).I'm headed to the assessor's office next week to try to work out an agreement for a drastically lower assessment on my primary residence that I bought in July.

Also what some title companies look at a routine work others consider a scrambled pain in the *** title. 1) I would want to know exactly what is the title issue?

You're the same guy who would (admittedly) steal a deal from someone else, so please spare me the superior ethics routine.

Do a search under Massachusetts landlord rights and you will find that it is allowed and expected that landlords do routine inspections.

So your trying to buy 100k properties I am buying a 100k car.. and the salesmen is selling me a 100k car. and I assume he is making a commission.. but not the normal care sales routine but very professional and polished.. so that's what I am saying get professional and get poslished know what the heck your doing then send out your mailers and close the heck out of them and make a bunch of money.
