My commercial clients have still been busy over the last couple years. 

In the end I think I'll sell them all, take the cash to invest in one business and be done. 

But yes, those greedy bastards can't help themselves to other peoples business can they?

Nothing is wrong with taking a job to learn an industry, process, procedures, make contacts, etc... and then (sometime later) applying what you've learned, and connections made into your own business.
