How about some in-depth market analysis topics, an economic summit, or nuts and bolts of ownership topic?

I'd go nuts with an account for each property and project.

I know there is some hot gentrification  but outside of that , thats a tough nut to swallow no?

While there are some great projects underway, most are very small scale - just a few city lots at a time.I've worked with one on the East Side and in addition to growign vegetables in the summer, they have a hoop house for year-round cool-weather produce, a lot with fruit trees, a lot with chickens and goats and they purchased the old, abandoned corner store and turned it into a community center with a library, computers and meeting area.

But they go nuts for Cleveland that's been on a similar population trajectory ;-)The reality is Detroit is undergoing a major revitalization that's been happening for years now.

Mt advice is not worth anything more than you have paid me, but I think a separate LLC for each property is nuts.
