Hi remington, that is something i have thought about, as i can go low down payment and try to grab multiple of them. it would be nicer to just grab 1 larger unit though.

I want to be able to spend time with my girls and take vacation without running home to a work schedule and having to re-accrue vacation time (which I am being forced to take now because there is no paid parental leave in the US). 

Better to plant a tree in a forest where you can understand the basic information of the forest - such as type of trees, weeds, potential land grabs and lumbering operations, etc.

As a '09' investor the reality of a collapse market looks a lot more like Mad-Max as people run in circles with their hair on fire, bankers grabbing every penny they can and locking the vaults tight.

Another tax grab in this illustrious state that already taxes the crap out of you with impound fees and transfer taxes.....

The good thing about a line of credit is that you can grab it fast and you only pay interest on the amount borrowed. 

At that point you'd need to get into education process about crops, see if you can swing something to get in on anything that would be more beneficial financially like a USDA tobacco base etc (that's just a girl from a farming family talking who does this personally) or something like wind turbines.
