A lot of this you'll begin to understand after watching/listening to podcasts or reading books/blogs/these forums.When you hear something that could lead to a potential deal, follow up on it immediately.My last deal came from a dinner with a few other couples.

I have read a few of the articles on here that have discussed how to analyze multi-family homes.I do have a couple of questions revolving around the financing.

looking for appliances for best deal in salisbury nc scratch and dent  something close to newblack appliances or stainless steel preferably Samsung I'll same Brands ect...KitchenAidFor example: Returns, Auctions, any info can help locating a good deal like you findon  Craigslist Offer Up, Let Go.. mostly handyman specials can be be found there not really interested... not that I can't fix the stuff.

I would recommend just continuing with your business as you otherwise would, and when you have a couple new deals that those buyers might be interested in, offer it up to them first.But:- I wouldn't look for deals they specifically want, unless they are deals you'd be willing to do otherwise;- I wouldn't customize a house for them unless they were willing to put a large enough deposit down that it would cover having to remove all of their customizations should they not follow through on the purchase;- I would pre-qualify them as you would any other buyer, and not give them any preferential treatment.In other words, go into the deal assuming the worst case -- they will ask you to do a lot of customizations and then back out of the deal. 

My contractor should have some availability for a couple of weeks or so
