Houston got depressed after oil tanked but now it's coming back and then we just had the natural disaster that flooded 185k homes and an equally large amount of apartments.

Hello all need a good recommendation on a company that does Oil Tank sweeps here in Bergen County.

Plus whole house is on oil heat which I don’t believe can be split with two separate meters so our plan is to block the duct to the efficiency side and put in its own heating element, Propane wall unit or Electric wall unit.

I would use a fast dry oil primer like PPG's 17-964 (http://www.ppgpaints.com/products/seal-grip-interior-premium-quick-dry-primer-sealer) to seal up the paneling.  

I usually use oil based paint because it tends to leave a more even coat even with poor quality paint brushes and it will usually cover in one coat.

The contractors have to put oil based paint over anything that even have a chance of being mold. 

I just recently put a mitsubishi hyper heat system in my main residence to switch from oil.

I am a little nervous about the poor stock market/oil prices but I think oil/gas in this area is projected to continue at least another 10 years.

I am wondering if someone would recommend me a good contractor/company does the oil heating system maintenance/tune-up.Many thanks,Ken 

I assume the buyers wife was pleased as she probably appreciated the age & condition of the absconded appliances.Worst one was many years ago when the evicted tenants went to the trouble of draining the furnace oil tank into 5 gall containers.
