I'm still at an incredibly part time stage in my investing career (Although I've been doing it now for 5+ years) I run 3 successful non real estate businesses plus I just became a licensed realtor.Should that status change to a more *full time* approach ~ I'd seriously consider one of those dumping trailer.

If there is a mortgage you would need to have the insurance finalized before the closing.If I was at the stage you are at, I would just go to as many open houses as I could.

We are in the final stages of a SFH renovation and we have a bathroom 80 SQ FT that needs drywall hanging and finishing ready to paint, it is the entire room including the ceiling.I have had quotes and they seem a little over priced I wanted to know the cost to do the work only as I will be buying all the materials needed.From a previous job the cost was $45 per sheet and I provided the materials - this job includes around 11 sheetsWhat prices have you been paying in 2020?

For helocs and refis appraisers tend to play it very conservative but I would still declutter, lightly stage, turn on all the lights, etc so the apartment shows at it's best.
