The biggest problem I can see is that people pay as much of their budget as they can afford for a place to live.

Can you afford to carry the debt service if the AA tenant hits hard economic times and files bankruptcy?

so i have a good realtor friend that just called me to discuss some frustration he has experienced with saxon mortgage.
