I definitely would NOT do this.The tax penalty is too high and not worth the risk of trying to out earn in in your real estate investment venture... especially considering where real estate market cycle is right now.

I've been involved in a few Joint Ventures that I have yet to close on but deadlines are coming up yet I've never been 1 to fear a challenge or 1 not to try to find resolutions to as many problems as I can for myself and others.
