I would agree that there is an issue with what many Realtors have to offer, but I don't agree that a Real Estate consumer can routinely do better than a quality Realtor.2- Part of the reason this became the norm, is that when the total commissions are a part of the purchase price (Seller pays them), THEY CAN BE FINANCED!!!!!!!!!
