The building is within walking distance to a metro station, hospital and grocery stores.

When I’ve browsed other local markets on HAR such as College Station almost all of the multifamily properties will list the rental income.

A strong indicator for future appreciation is proximity to public transit so not only is it an easy commute to center city, being close to a huge transportation hub like 30th street station can only help a long term investment in my opinion.
