Dallas is having all kinds of issues in permitting department, and I'm thinking likely their solution will be to hire a 3rd party company to take over....if they do that, likely that company will be very aggressive on things like this, as they will be held more accountable, and their profit may depend on how much fees they collect, so they'll be more motivated to report and find things like this.I'm not sure anyone can accurately predict resale value.
