Although I haven't done a deal yet, I'm truly looking to build a relationship-based business, as opposed to a transaction-based one. 

I am looking to create mutually-beneficial business relationships to move my real estate investing forward. 

My goal is not only to glean info but to  build mutually beneficial relationships!

Start building a relationship with another lender.2.

Make the relationships with the brokers so you don't have to rely on the MLS.  

When the market was flying high years ago, that number dropped.If you have a relationship with a bank and show them your business plan, then they may go lower.  

The area is zoned for a max 4/5 stories with 15 units total, 12 of which are market rate.Construction financing is secured as I have a relationship with a hard money lender who is interested in financing the project, but would need to assume the property next door to move forward with a construction loan.

They look forward to a long term rental relationship but  the benefits of selecting spring/summer allows the resident the best weather to move and the fullest stock of homes to select from in the future years to come.  

Trust is paramount in these relationships.

We look forward to attending area meetings and developing relationships over time with other REIs in the area.
