I replaced the front door, installed the fence, installed the cabinets, all baseboards, and all tile work (including the barn door shower glass.

My designer has chosen a cabinet for a house we're flipping and I wanted to get some feedback.

I know as a homeowner you care about those things but I would think the shiny objects new carpet, tile backsplash, cabinets would be more attractive to renters and they care much less about the bones and infrastructure of the house.

A drip under the sink may not seem like much, but if the bottom of a cabinet and floor rots out you will have a huge expense.  4th)  Keep a reserve of cash.  

The water heaters are located right where a dishwasher would be, flush with the cabinets.

We got one quote for $1800 which seems really expensive to assemble and put up 7 cabinets, a backsplash, mount a microwave, and cover up a hole.
