I am trying to rent out a unit for the first time and was wondering on average how long someone waits to notify you that they want to proceed with the application process after viewing the unit?

With all the Coronavirus inspired loans, backlogged refinance applications, and stalled mortgage applications for purchases, are lenders still taking applications for personal lines of credit?

I do know it's TOO early to KNOW what's going to happen, and certainly even with local and federal directives, everyone still needs to consult their counsel(especially locally where applicable).I'm glad to share insights as I hear and receive and process my legal communications.   

I actually had to deny 3 applicants. 

I did my own research and created my own forms for the other documents you may need as a landlord (rental application, move in/ out inspection form, orientation (rules, expectations, etc.), late notice, etc.

(Honestly from the photo, it looks a bit like a broken tampon applicator but I’m a guy so who knows).

Don't work for Chase, but I will say the were able to run the application and get me a pre-qualification letter in < 8 hours on a weekend. 

Not necessarily - mortgage rates are based more on the number of applications - refi and new loans - if people are still buying we may not see a drop.

They are usually based on the number of applications - refi and new loan.

I am not convinced we will see much of a change as applications for refi and new loans are still high.
