I am currently active duty in the USMC, stationed in Japan.

Good afternoon BP community,I am in the military and will be stationed in New Jersey starting next month. 

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

Santa Clarita is LACoFD and I was stationed in the area for a year. 

College station is a great market for rental properties, I have come across a few deals out there over the past 3 years.

Being active duty military myself, and having been stationed there a couple times, I really like the central Texas area and am continuing to look for good deals to expand my portfolio.Greg

This is in a location right by hospital, mall, train station, and popular hiking/biking trail.

Finally, side note, I am stationed in Ramstein, Germany.

If you were my son, I'd say keep the rentals you have, start a Roth and buy good, quality companies and once you graduate, then look to buy a rental home depending on where you get stationed at. 

My town has 2200 people and has 4 restaurants, a little store, two gas stations, some shops, 2 golf courses, a summer theater that has movies and sometimes live entertainment and plenty of backroads where you can buy 5-10 acre parcels you’d rarely see other people and could build a cabin and have solar.
