Hello everyone - I have seen the trampoline posts in the past - I would really like some feedback - I own a duplex in Ontario Canada, and I have separate tenants either side.

@Gabe Morrell My post reply to you is going to read like I'm discouraging you; just know that I firmly believe investing in real estate is excellent and there are few places I'd rather put my money.  

@Jake Fleming you should speak with an experienced attorney about raising capital legalities, so you don't get yourself in trouble with the SEC.Once you know what you can and cannot do, you should use the Classifieds Forum and also post on Facebook, etc.

Interesting post thanks for sharing.Do you believe there is a 'lack of natural market participants' in that particular price range and asset class in Philadelphia?
