I see us as real estate investors using the BRRR strategy as a social impact strategy!

Their caretakers and social workers were not desiring for them to inherit money from the sell of the house because then they would loose their public funding for the group homes, medical care which they all needed. 

So my question to everyone is how should someone go about still making connections when everyone is practicing social distancing/moving to an online space?
