You can do local but it's pretty competitive for good investment properties but they're out there.

I would provide access to stay at a destination where ownership is required and at a competitive price.

Note: on distressed properties, the quicker you can move the more competitive you will be!

It works well because I have a competitive market and a lot of renters are not able to see in person before renting.
