I received a lead where a daughter inherited  her mother's house.

He studied Business Management and Economics at East Carolina University, all the while working within his fathers custom home building company as a supervisor and helping his mother in the sale of homes within her brokerage.

I currently live in a house my wife got from her family (At a discount, but not free), when they moved into a nursing home.

A story I had with someone yesterday someone calls me about a property the mother passed away, he was really uptight and sounded like he was in a bad mood.Long story short he asks me what I want to pay, I answered him in a humorous way 1 dollar he got so angry and hung up the phone.....
