Hi, we totally missed the boat to get a CPA to complete our STRs taxes.

Now at age 61, I missed the boat years ago to plan for what I need today.

While my Dad and I were on his new boat, I met the guy who docks next to my Dad.

I realize it greatly limits our choice in investment property, and who knows what will become the latest fear factor in building materials from homes built in the 80s or newer that could put us in the same boat as the lead and asbestos crowd, but since we already know there are huge issues rising with lead (like children able to sue landlords years later for lead exposure as children), we'd rather just avoid it.     

Explore other types of investors who would also have an interest in land--mobile home parks, RV parks, RV and boat storage, self storage facilities, junk yards/tow yards.

Always interested in meeting up and getting to know more people who are in the same boat

An umbrella policy provides an additional limit of Liability if one of the underlying policies (auto, home, rental dwelling, boat, etc..) has its limits exhausted in a claim.  

Great Restaurants and plenty of nightlife, events and no where can you see this many piers , get great boating and have a lighthouse abs rides on the beach. this area has it all.
