I like the one story about the lady who had $1200 worth of water/electric bills due to broke pipe/bad HVAC, was credited $1800 ($600 more) AND STILL didn't pay her rent.  

Let's use an example: my lady and I live in a house together for many years.

Mainly the condo association is preoccupied with listening to old retired ladies complain about noise at the swimming pool, people who walk their dogs, children who are not on a leash and suspicious cars that park in places the old folks don't like. 

The lady who handled my loan wanted to know what happened.

The landlord found someone to rent the place to, an old lady who promised to be there only a year.

I forgot to mention that the lady supposedly  fell the very first day she moved in and is now suing me for that as well and made court orders or tickets related to placing solid waste in regular garbage.

A lady from Texas was moving to the area, we showed her daughter and friend our property using facetime. 

We have a 675 sq ft 2/1, and the lady has 4 dogs, crazy right... zero damage, she's retired and walks them a lot, and there is a fenced yard.
