Hey Sam,I commented on your post at the "other" forum web site.You're right, sometimes a listing agent already has a buyer but they must list the property in the MLS.

We have a property on the market in the Milwaukee suburbs, and over the holidays we got a steady flow of traffic from some serious buyers.
