I would love to be able to use the calculators, set up keywords on the go, use the network to see if anyone is close to me, biggest thing to be able to search events and happenings, even be able to download files on the fly so you can print them off at a local store.

Might as well toss in tax fraud too, depreciation is based on the sale price, you'll also be filing false tax information on the 1099s. 

A lot of people aren't aware that a a landlord can file a claim against the tenants insurance company in cases of negligence.

Once a year, I report the value of my LLC to the custodian, who files the necessary IRS paperwork.  

My question is for the 2014 tax year, can I file a Schedule E to report my losses/expenses?

One guy is solid but has his become embroiled with the inevitable lawsuit filed by students who were too lazy to find their own deals. 

The decision who to file through has been difficult.
