Is it just Cap rate, Cash on Cash return and the Equity Multiple or are their other integral parts that I'm missing?

BTW, I consider Jerry to be a marketing genius; his work is the best I’ve ever seen and his integrity is beyond reproach.

The wholesalers provide an integral part of the equation, however, so I don't mind paying for their services (for now)In my two rental properties I get about 1.4% of purchase (plus rehab).

I like the philosophy and the integrity I believe you represent.

If he is conscientious enough to care about his work and his clients, he will be a person of integrity. 

I'd rather it be a more integrated solution handled by Postlets.
