On the upside we don't deal with faded clothes etc., due to the high dryer heat.

Don't buy or wear flashy clothing, jewelry, ext.

There was a lot of interest when we advertised it for rent and it is rented to a roommate group of three young women.

You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

I'm the sole decision maker by design because I can't find women who are making nearly 200K a year, millionaires, and have a passion and aptitude for investing.

If there are empty cans and coffee cups all over the floor, clothes and boxes of stuff strewn on the back seat, and junk everywhere, it shows how the person will not take care of your house either. 

In times of a cash crunch not many want new clothes or shoes.
