I am serious in this venture even if i do it on my own. also just properties I was recently looking in to was multi family homes ( duplex and triplex) in miami florida so if anyone has tips or anything really would be greatThanks!!! 

Just my two cents- I focus on one very specific area in Cincinnati and don’t intend to venture from there until deals are gone....

The area I am looking at is the Southwest corner of spring branch which puts me at  a 20-25 minute drive commute downtown and within 10 minutes to areas young professionals venture to.

This is a venture between me, my boyfriend, and my parents.

Real estate investment is capital intensive and probably the wrong venture for those without adequate funds.
