Hey @Jake Howard, I am active duty U.S. military currently stationed in the UK (near Cheltenham).

Out of sheer frustration, someone contacted  a local TV station who interviewed us and ran a short segment outlining the  situation. 

I was stationed in San Diego with the Navy for 6 years and now am currently a recruiter for the Navy in Orlando, FL.

Spring Hill is super hot, as is Thompsons Station.  

I paid attention to the details (pull-out chrome faucet, USB charging station, light aqua paint, vintage cabinet pulls, LED lighting with a high color rendering index on a $12 dimmer) and didn't spend a huge amount on countertops.  

Live in DFW and invest in DFW, Tulsa, OKC, Lubbock and College Station.

Perfectly located within walking distance of the popular local Amtrak station and well-designed as two mirrored 1bedroom units, it seemed to be the perfect HOUSE HACK. 

I know its got a metal roof, concrete floor(which are heated), and has 6 bays with separate vacuum station.
