If the numbers were correct it seems like a great way to get into 5 rentals at one time and have the blessing of easy logistics for property management and such.  

@Ayman Elmasik  It's not easy to sell flooded home unless you are in much wanted community.

That will make it too easy to make the numbers work.

@Joe Abughazaleh is correct, you can get NOD list from title companies here pretty easy and for FREE. 

With the notice and ss list, the ball is in their court and you can rest easy knowing you did what you could.

It is a short walk to the M train with easy access to Brooklyn and Manhattan and 1 block away from express buses to NYC.Each 2 bedroom apartment was renovated in the last 10 years and all are in great condition.

I'm not sure how easy it would be to finance a property like that as it is an unusual property but I would start there first.As a side note, I would think it might be difficult to BRRR a moblie home as they are generally valued significantly less and have less room to add real value.
