Hi All - I have worked in banking for much of my career but would like to possibly transition to a role in property management or facility operations. 

You gave me a lot to think about, I am confident the rent can be increased and have a contractor/property manager lined up who has inspired a lot of confidence and comes with good references. 

Used the HELOC from Aven to fund my down payment on a BRRRR project I am working on. 

We’ve purchased our first property and the project is underway.

I've been finding a good amount of Tampa, cooperation owned, Properties who have stopped a project for xyz reason and just listed it as it sits.

is it same as the previous owner property manager ?

I am interesting in purchasing some property out there as well and was wondering if you had any realtor you recommend and any property managers you work with.

@Rich Albert This law allows property owners to turn the property with the ADU into a condo building, with an HOA to manage common areas such as driveways and such.  

Does anyone have any recommendations for property managers?
