I moved to Jacksonville, FL last year for my day job, and I'd like to dive in real estate investing so that I can eventually make 100% of my income unearned.

I'm finally diving in to this great community to meet like-minded investors, to contribute to discussions and to get started on my REI goals.I'd like to focus my investing strategy on buy-and-hold while still working my full-time job.  

It's not the greatest deal ever.The BRRR method sounds nice, and might not be a bad place to start for a small time starter like us.We may not be in the exact perfect spot to dive in financially, but we need to get in soon as many others have mentioned.

You could either start off with property management to kind of learn the ropes from them, or dive in and throw it to a property manager if you get in over your head.

I am 21 y/o college student ready to dive into wholesaling residential property.

Thank you all for replying, any advice is good advice and I'm looking forward to getting my foot in the door and diving deep into the market.

I am a diver as a hobby and the diver's slogan is : "Plan your Dive, then DIVE your plan" that slogan works in investing as well!

We have similar backgrounds in sales that I am now trying to apply to real estate full time while learning the investment strategies on a deeper level.
