I actually prefer that buyer has a home inspection, avoids potential problems where buyer may say that seller was trying to hide something.

I got recertified in the military on my weapon every 6 months and without regular practice and in a controlled environment I still had difficulty with the target.It gives many (not all) people a false sense of security, like they're going to pull out their weapon and go Steven Segal on the situation, when the most appropriate response most of the time is to exit the situation (run/hide/etc).There are reasonable alternatives to carrying a firearm that are at least worth considering for your particular situation.

In most of the double close schemes mentioned, the "purchaser" is specifically hiding the fact that the fact that they indeed are NOT the purchaser.Are you familiar with how a double close works?

There are other benefits such as hiding your assets by putting them under LLC, but I think that depends on how you file your taxes.

And only they know insurance. 2) they will jump from part to part to co mingle returns, hide fees, mis represent how the death benefit is paid out etc to try and confuse the issue.

The returns are chewed up by inflation, unknown fees, and more fees of fees.If you are loaded and want to hide cash, go for "investment" insurance.
