This really is a simple thing. three identical lots, two combined, one separated and split even....... 

I would probably give him a cure or quit, and if he tries to argue, remind him that a 100% chance of an eviction action on his record + some chance of getting in trouble under state law (Florida has a law against service animal fraud) is gonna hurt way more than a 0% chance of you catching a FHA case. 

It was a pretty good fraud they had interior pictures and the code to the lock box.

I figured $130k for two reasons. 1) as I mentioned across the street was a near identical home that was purchased for $130k by an investor who decided to tear down and rebuild (think they are doing multifamily) . 2) the seller shared with me a contract from a known wholesaling/buy and flip investor group that offered $130k out the gate.

Identical 3 bedroom houses next door to each other. 

While trying to figure out what the HOA covers so I know kind of insurance I needed to pay for, I may have uncovered a blatant case of seller fraud. 

I think not disclosing it would be fraud; all I want is my property cured, so I want a lien for the value of the quotes I received to construct the wall. 

They end up with the exact same interest rate, and just for kicks these two people are otherwise perfectly identical in all other ways.Are there scenarios where A and B will have different write-offs at the end of the year?

Also, only removing it where exposed to get around insurance companies seems like fraud to me
