Forget the classes until you have some RE profits.You can use BP and the web.You can visit the library.You can buy just about every tip and techniques if you head to the bookstore and pick up the more popular RE books.There is no lack of info out there.

Its a nice feeling of not being afraid of buying into a neighborhood like that.FYI: In bad areas, I dont go there at night (early morning is best), and I ALSO dont go alone...these are the same things I learned traveling as a female traveler in foriegn countries that I use in my bad area investing techniques.

Thats why I use the buy and hold ...refinance without paying tax technique.

I have never heard of a training program that really trains people how to do the advanced techniques. 

There are other techniques like funding your own personal 529 plan and changing the beneficiary to your kids too.
