Dear BP Colleagues,I am a new investor, looking to venture for the first time in multi-family - what are the things to look out when you are new to the game and starting out. (1). since I am looking for rentals - would I get access to lease agreements of existing occupants as a buyer?

Any recommendations for a good software that will allow me to customize contracts?

Also have you considered partnering with someone who is already experienced and has skin in the game?

We are planning to roll out a custom built property management platform later this year for Premier Property clients.

Verdan, I get to Milwaukee area 4 to 5 times a year with work, I have a couple customers just north of you.

But it's hard work to make a lot of money because you need so many properties.But I've been at this game a good long time now and have taken enormous risks and executed a huge variety of aggressive strategies.

My chat messages to them are still unread (1.5 weeks after posting).I am about halfway finished with onboarding at HostAway and have had several hiccups, but I think it will work out in the end; their customer support seems to be on top of it.

Remember that real estate is a numbers game so if you are rejected by one lender just move on to the next!

I haven't even officially automated my messages (I use saved drafts and slightly customize each one) and it still only takes me a couple of minutes per booking unless there are random questions. 30 minutes is probably only the case if there's a maintenance issue during the booking.
