I don't plan on having much in the way of expenses either, I wont have a car payment and I'm planning on a monthly budget of roughly: 400 on gas and insurance, 200 health insurance, 500 on food, 100 phone, 500 for entertainment and any unexpected expenses.

The rent is higher, but the banks or financers wont really count that as income like they would in an apartment building when computing the value of the park.

those are what are called hold over owners.. they are now tenants in sufferance.. at least that's what I call them.the bank wont do anything..
