The rent is higher, but the banks or financers wont really count that as income like they would in an apartment building when computing the value of the park.

If you lose a huge amount, it wont be the end of the world for you.

those are what are called hold over owners.. they are now tenants in sufferance.. at least that's what I call them.the bank wont do anything.. 

@Kwaku Farkye Sounds appealing and theres a chance you wont get caught but save yourself the trouble and dont do it.

If you don't have a budget to pay pro's then you wont get a pro job and you won't get a pro price for your project.
