With the interest and tax occurred at 1 million total, and 1 million principle paid, the ROI is ZERO.

I use Quickbooks Online and haven't had any issues!

Unfortunately every other post either recommends it or says not to do it especially as a first time owner with no real estate experience other than books and research online.  

It does suck how 30 Year fixed rates don't exist but, I totally can understand why.

To assess safety, look at crime rates online and visit the area if possible. 

After researching online at landlord-tenant laws in the state of Maryland, I noticed that Baltimore City is especially tenant-friendly. 

Totally worth my time and investment.I expect to recoup my training fee in my first deal, even after sharing revenue with the program.  

Im about to start shopping around for a HELOC to Tap in to a rental property with a good amount of equity I'm looking to close within in a month and I was told the online companies can close faster.

So I don´t know if this a total lie or if she just wanted to sell their insurance policy.
