Hello Jason and Edward,Jordan Capital Finance is a very well capitalized organization that is rapidly growing across the country.

If that is all you require, I'd explore other markets with more rapid appreciation- you'd get your cash flow and build your net worth and scale much faster.  

This is a rapidly appreciating area, and I think this purchase could present multiple exit strategy options 5-7 years down the road.

That said, with the rapid increase in cases I wouldn't be surprised at all to see some people cancel.

I'm looking for a contractor in the West Michigan Area, preferably in the Grand Rapids area, to use on a regular basis for all my remodeling needs.

Unlike Memphis, this market is experiencing rapid appreciation which puts upward pressure on pricing, downward pressure on cash flow, and compresses cash-on-cash returns.

Things change so rapidly these days can you really afford to invest and then not monitor the investment; not keep informed on economic events affecting the investment; not understand structural changes that can effect valuation of the investment; etc.?

That being said, we had such a rapid price hike in the last few years, that the prices are still hovering at their peak.

That certainly accelerated my growth rapidly .

What advice can you give for someone who would like to see more rapid growth in 2017?
